Job Summary

We are seeking motivated, target-driven Independent Business Executives (IBX) to support the Business Development Officer (BDO) in driving investment attraction, franchise sales, and strategic partnerships on a freelance basis. The IBXs will operate independently and earn attractive commissions based on successful deals closed. This role is ideal for individuals with strong networks, negotiation skills, and a passion for expanding agricultural opportunities in Nigeria and beyond.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and reach out to potential investors, franchisees, and customers.
  • Present investment opportunities and business models to prospects.
  • Close deals and ensure onboarding of new investors and business partners.
  • Maintain positive, long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Conduct field outreach and represent the brand in your locality as needed.
  • Actively promote the company's agricultural and investment initiatives.
  • Keep detailed records of contacts, transactions, and leads generated.
  • Monitor market developments and provide feedback to the business team.
  • Participate in virtual or physical team meetings as scheduled.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or investment relations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related fields (MBA is a plus).
  • Proven ability to close sales and manage high-value relationships.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Digital marketing and community management experience is a plus.
  • Must be result-oriented and capable of meeting performance targets.
  • Access to internet and a personal device for remote work.
